Employee Spotlight- Monia Johnson
Monia Johnson is a valuable member of the Fairfield County staff. She was recommended for the Employee Spotlight by another valuable employee, Karen Roseberry:

I do not work directly with Monia, but I have observed her consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, initiative, and outstanding performance in her role despite the changes that have taking place in her department. She has demonstrated herself as being a team player.
I have seen Monia consistently go above and beyond expectation. In my dealing with her with the Freedom of Information request, she has communicated with me to make sure she is gathering the correct information, and she goes even beyond to find out who may have the information if it is not located in her department.
I have seen Monia consistently present a positive work environment, readily offering assistance and guidance to colleagues when needed. Her customer server is exemplary.
Recognizing Monia for outstanding contributions through our employee spotlight program would not only honor her for her hard work and dedication but also serve as inspiration for others within our government agency.
