Planning Commission Public Hearing
Public Notice: County of Fairfield, South Carolina,
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the law, Fairfield County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday 25th of January at 6:00 PM at the Fairfield Government Complex located at 250 N. Walnut Street Winnsboro, SC 29180.
The purpose of the meeting is provide public comment concerning the request of a: An overview and recommendation to County Council on the final draft of the 2023 Comprehensive Plan and a rezone on Parcel# 115-04-00-013-000 1197 Rockbridge Road, 1.22 acres, from R-1 Single Family Residential District to RD-1 Rural Community District and a rezone on Parcel# 139-03-01-023-000, 2.39 acres, from R-1 Single Family Residential District to RD-1 Rural Community District and a rezone on Parcel# 200-00-00-015-000, 64.35 acres, from IL Industrial District to RD-1 Rural Community District.
