Congratulations to Clerk to Council Dr. Kimberly W. Roberts for completing certification as Master Clerks to Council. The Master Clerk Certification Program is administered by the College of Charleston’s Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Center for Livable Communities. The curriculum for this advanced certification program includes continuing education, professional, and social contribution components to not only increase the Clerk’s individual knowledge, skills, and abilities, but to increase the collective quality of the profession as a whole. Dr. Roberts was also re-elected to serve another term as the Member-At-Large for the SC Clerks to Council Association at its annual conference last week.
